A request letter is essentially an expression or a question that asks for specific information. It is also sometimes referred to as LOR - Letter of request. If you are just asking for an interview then it is not necessary to attach a resume.

When writing an application we generally use a formal style that begins with the name (Head) and address (usually name / address). Then comes the object with important details. Here you can also include references if (as in the case of a request for a job interview). If you have any reference then you can ask him or her the best way to approach the employer. Then write the body, and finally the closure free. In the body of the letter presented and briefly describe the purpose. Include any necessary details. Always close the letter in a professional manner. Use the words "Sincerely", with your name under it. Do not forget to provide contact information. It should also include your phone number, email address and your full address.

Try to keep the letter short, simple and to the point. Expect that the person is going through your application may be a busy person, so take as much work as possible outside of your inquiry and concentrate on its main points. Always show respect as is required. Always thank the person you are writing for the time. When writing to obtain particular information, always provide a brief explanation as to why you need this information.
