In Valentine's Day chocolates ¿? A nightmare and a challenge for those who want to lose weight
When people think of the day of love, Valentine, imagine the endless amount of rich chocolates and sweets that are both at this time. For those trying to lose weight, the day of love can be torturous than a romantic occasion.
But, do not have to be!
When approaching Valentine's Day or the day of love, candy and chocolate is everywhere you look. From the supermarket to his office. These rich temptations are everywhere.
What we want to do is to create a balance or control. Do not go crazy or crazy buying and eating each box of chocolates that you offer or gift.
We recommend you do one thing ... Buy a box of chocolates - A nothing else! But do not eat it in one sitting. Allow the chocolate box lasts until after the day of love.
For example ... if you buy a chocolate each of 6 pieces, 3 days before the day of love, then eat two chocolates for each day. This means that the day of love, you will eat the last 2 remaining chocolates.
When are you going to eat chocolate every day 2? It will eat the 2 chocolates in one sitting. What we will do is that when you see so many chocolates you can no longer resist the temptation, eat ONE of the chocolates you have. And if it happens again in the day, eat the second chocolate.
Do not go with the whole box! We want to avoid eat the box in one sitting. If the entire box goes with you wherever you go, it is likely that the temptation to make him fall.
In this way, not feel guilty after spending Valentine's Day. If you can do as directed, will be proud (a) of you and encouraged to continue losing weight.
If you have a partner, ask them to not give away chocolates and sweets. Instead, you give flowers, a stuffed animal ... or better yet, you sexy lingerie nice gift, or if you are a gentleman who will give away nice clothes. This, in turn, will encourage him to get in shape for sexy and dramatic look for your partner (and yourself).
Can you celebrate making a romantic dinner with healthy food. What counts is a romantic setting with candles, flowers and good background music:)
Keep your focus on being great!
Instead of thinking of sweets and chocolates, get inspired thinking about how to wear the Valentine for a romantic dinner, or going out somewhere with friends to think about how you will look out on the night of love.
Want to look good in that suit or shirt that has been saving for so long?
Keep this in mind and strive to achieve your goal.
The result? You will look and feel better, and not feel guilty for having eaten a ton of chocolates or sweets.
The day of love can be the worst nightmare for those who want to lose weight, but with these tricks, you can spend the big day without gaining weight or feeling bad about yourself. Instead, get inspired to stay healthy and thin (a), and impress your partner looking fabulous (a) on that special day!
