Speeding up Metabolism Weight Loss Easier
By: Joel Gonzalez
There are many people who would do anything to increase your metabolism, and that once this is done, it allows people to burn fat and lose weight quickly with minimal effort. Metabolism refers to the frequency at which the body produces and consumes energy and calories.
There are several factors that affect a person's metabolism, such as the amount of muscle tissue, the frequency of food consumed, genetic issues, digestive system, stress levels, personal diet and activity levels that we have.
Here I show you some ways to boost your metabolism:
1. Eat breakfast. Many people ignore the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It may seem strange, people who eat breakfast are thinner than those who do not, your metabolism may become slower if breakfast is taken at mid-morning or wait until noon to eat.
2. Avoid sugar. Sugar enables the body to store fat. It is recommended that a person consumes foods that help maintain normal blood sugar, also exercise two or three times a week to have a stable level of blood sugar.
3. Eat spicy dishes. These spicy dishes help increase metabolism.
4. Sleep more. Agree to an investigation, people who do not sleep enough are more likely to gain weight, muscles are regenerated also during this downtime.
5. Drink more water. Water discarded the body of toxins that are produced whenever the body burns fat. Most body functions require water and lack of water in the body makes this lower your speed and functions as undesirable stress occurs as a result.
6. Detoxifies the digestive system. A clean and healthy digestive system not only helps your body to operate more efficiently, it also gives you energy, and that having a clean digestive system can make better use of nutrients from food
7. Eat more recently. We recommend eating four to six small meals throughout the day leaving to spend two to three hours apart.
8. Never skip meals. People tend to skip meals hoping to lose weight, which is a big mistake as this causes the metabolism to slow down.
9. Meal plans in detail. Always prepare the right amount of food they consume.
10. Get rid of stress. Whether physical or emotional, it tends to release a steroid called cortisol, which affects the metabolism also has been proven that people eat more when stressed.
11. Drink green tea. Can be used as a substitute for coffee, tea has the ability to boost metabolism and unlike coffee, no side effects when taken frequently during the day.
12. Include more foods that give energy to your diet. Fruits, vegetables, beans and whole foods.
The resist cravings is very difficult for many of us, a great help and I highly recommend the program, Rob Poulos, visit their official website in Spanish here <-
